Excuses or reasons?

I guess shareholders will need to decide which to believe.

I know the shareholders that do serious DD, meet the people, see the lab and SeaSearcher in-person are overwhelmingly convinced the delays are for legitimate reasons.

I do not expect these delays to continue much longer but narrowing it down to the day has proven fruitless.
