It's there at NVSOS in the mergers tab right where you think it is, but what's listed there for QUTR currently are old mergers from 2010/2011 (Zenzuu mergerd with Techs Loanstar, which subsequently merged into QUTR).
I think for this Lazar merger, you'd see an SEC filing before the info would be updated at NVSOS since they tend to have a clerical lag at NVSOS. If information for QUTR shows up first at NVSOS, it would probably be an officer change. For example, with TRD*, Lazar appointed a new president prior to the merger, and if you look back on the chart, that's when the pps started flying.
