Nobody knows who the incoming merger will be. Lazar doesn't tweet, pump, announce LOIs, or otherwise indicate the merging company until the deal is closed. Anyone who claims to have insider information is not being truthful. We'll all find out at the same time via filings at NVSOS (officer update) and/or an SEC filing announcing the merger has closed.
