When Nader argued for the 100,000,000 share increase, he said that there would be very little dilution, that they might sell 10-20 million shares. Now he wants 50 million more shares. That would be even more significant dilution. That's a credibility problem. I don't expect him to be perfect, but I don't think he should be paid $1 billion for his work as the CEO of CytoDyn. 25,000,000 shares at the current price is $88,750,000.
