Key observation is toxic debt on books BUT toxic debt not converting
That is a significant observation because these lenders have no concern about the company, the market or anything else except to convert & liquidate.. and they dont wait around if the company asks them nicely
The fact this is not occurring means only one thing - a deal was made to pay them off or PCT told them to kick rocks and take him to court
Whichever is taking place, one thing is clear - the toxic debt holders have not converted for quite some time, including up to the date the recent 10Q was filed - 2 days ago
