This is so wrong it's sad.

We will still have our common shares unless we choose to pursue the tender offer. A dividend does not exchange existing shares for the dividend.

Nope. Read it again.

You only get convertible pref C's if you accept the 'tender offer' and exchange your common shares. (Outside of the 'gift' div) It's your choice, you can keep your commons if you want or you can exchange. If you exchange you get a 6% div but can't convert back to common for some unspecified holding period.

And, there is no freezing of price. Where'd you hear that?

Nice math though.

By definition a tender offer is just an offer. It seems to me that we have a choice to exchange or not. I would assume trading of the stock that isn't exchanged will continue to trade. I would also believe that the $15 is just the value of the stock when they wrote the release but could change to reflect the stock price on the 18th.
But I have absolutely no experience with such things so it's all speculation on my part.

So incredibly wrong. Please, if you have to guess what's going on, just don't say anything at all because it's only going to confuse people. Research things before you just spew out random BS. The tender offer is made to specifically attract more sophisticated investors to hold long term, in very basic terms. If you're trading and looking to flip (which I think you'll regret with this beautiful hidden gem) then the tender offer really is not that relevant to you. It's a step in the right direction especially if Paso's road map in the long term comes to fruition. This is load and hold for me. Do your own DD and you'll see this is a MONSTER. Easily can see this going to $1 by EOY imo. GLTYA

That's not even remotely how the dividend works!

I'll make it real easy for you ok MNK!

Anyone holding PASO shares on September 18th will receive 1 special Series C Restricted 144 share for every 5000 PASO common shares they purchased and hold on the open market!

Then an entire full calendar year from now on Sept 18th, 2021 everyone who received the dividend shares will then have the option of converting their Restricted 144 Series C preferred dividend shares via whichever of the 2 options they choose as follows:

1. Via the 200 to 1 option or...

2. Via the 250 to 1 option

So the dividend shares are totally irrelevant until September 18th 2021, at which time they can be converted into commons. And I will simply let the big boy valuation metrics and big board uplisting coming determine how much our freebie dividend shares may be worth just over a full calendar year from now choo-choo>>>$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
