The DOJ does investigate that type info and has been known to prosecute any fraudsters. The SEC does get involved if they deem market manipulation occurred as a result of misinformation. Feel free to post a link when providing that type of comment as to legitify your position. Thanks for the info. Definitely worth checking into.
