If one Plaintiff has 400 shares, the proposed Formula of dividing the number of shares outstanding - excluding those of McBride - 11.5 million by the number of Shareholders
(± 1,300), giving ± 62,000 shares (1/3 of 1%), is as fair an estimate for the purpose of discussion, as any...

Obviously, you and I don't know the exact numbers but we have an idea of the Order of Magnitude...

I believe that, so far SEVU hasn't spent a great deal of money on Attorneys, as there is little point in doing much, until the situation becomes clearer and the Motions are filed...

However, I do agree that those who will end up paying are the Bona Fide shareholders, unless, of course, a countersuit happens and is successful...

Shamus, kindly enlighten us about....

the legalities of would-be Class Action Attorneys recruiting Plaintiffs by whatever means at their disposal... For instance, one of them had a front man posting his e-mail address here and on RB... I followed through and he quickly "switched" me over to the Attorney he represented...

I also have a number of e-mails of Attorneys I had contacted for information, pressuring me to join the suit: is that ethical?...

I am sure your Legal (para-legal?) Background would come handy in this matter and the fact that you're the only Negative Poster with a Post permanently referenced in the Thread Header, shows that we take you seriously...
