I think GNUS is currently still overvalued. And, in the absence of any business changes the share price will head down to around book value.
But, changes are happening. The shareholder vote approved the increase in authorized shares. Accretive acquisitions may happen. The 8K mentioned acquisition of "valuable companies". If acquisitions happen, we would not know what they are worth until the financials come out. I doubt they would be public companies. The share price could bounce upward on the shareholder perceived value.
I don't owning any shares. Currently I am looking to buy in when GNUS is greatly undervalued. I, also, still think there are still huge risks to the downside.
