Hey meirluc, I am trying to confirm what you said. If

then how can

perhaps 55-60 patients will survive 5(+) years

Are you saying that some of the other remaining 231 patients will add to the OS at 5 years to get to 55 -60? I assume that's what you're saying but am looking to confirm it.

Meirluc, I think you are making a mistake. The fact that the median OS of the top 100 is 58.4 months does NOT imply that 50 are dead and 50 are alive. All 100 may be alive. for example if say 50 living patients have so far survived 58.3 months and 50 living patients have so far survived 58.4 months then your median is 58.4 months with ALL 100 still alive.
