Hey meirluc, I am trying to confirm what you said. If

The 2018 SNO update estimated the medium OS of the top 100 patients to be 58.4 months. That means that only 50 of the 100 patients would be alive at 58.4 months

then how can

perhaps 55-60 patients will survive 5(+) years

Are you saying that some of the other remaining 231 patients will add to the OS at 5 years to get to 55 -60? I assume that's what you're saying but am looking to confirm it.
