All speculation but some valuable things to consider. How much revenue is generated and how much of that goes to PCTL. I am waiting for this week and will likely added 150k shares. Wish I could afford to get more.

I believe the two most glaring issues he's considering are the impending dilution and lack of volume. I think he has a very realistic take on the share price and state of shareholder excitement over pctl. It's going to take some pretty disruptive news to get it moving significantly again imo. Q2 fins will be nice compared to the past, and hopefully just the start of things to come but we've all heard it before and haven't seen much follow thru to cement the lofty expectations. Time will tell.
