Doesn't really matter who paid for it. This isn't the Steele Dossier. Point is all a promo is is circulating already available information to get it in front of new eyes. UNpaid promos done here everyday, except the it's the same old people reading them. Would be illegal for a company to release new info through a promo that was not already made public through their usual and normal channels.
