Incorrect. 0.88 was a printed trade within lay 52-weeks; more than likely a mistake by someone trying to buy at .0088. That PPS has absolutely nothing to do with valuation of the company who is allegedly taking orders for a few charcoal drawings of a phantom motor bike.
