since you mention dexamethasone presumably then you refer to the antiinflammatory action of B vs c. Maybe there will be some benefit. But what dose of B IV is needed for what anti inflammatory benefit? Nothing at all. Sure it may help, but difficult to assess precise benefit of this MOA vs antiviral vs antibacterial in any given hospitalized pt.

How to answer/differentiate MOA impact- in sick kids who have the inflammatory syndrome assoc with corona will B help?

Sepsis is a major factor in ventilator complications which can be exacerbated by the use of corticosteroids like dexamethasone. Brilacidin has shown to be both an anti-inflammatory and has anti-bacterial properties. Sepsis is usually brought on by a bacterial infection in major organs as oxygen to those organs are restricted from inflammation which prevents natural defenses from combating infection. Combination therapies and or drug cocktails seems to be the driving methodology for severe cases of COVID-19 and Brilacidin's 3 in 1 properties make it very appealing!
