The IP is still Grant's. But we need to pay the fees, and get the IP out of OVC's name.
It's not theirs.
Grant never got paid the $35k he sold the IP for. So it was never settled.
And we get to have a "real" lawsuit against OVC.
JN has been pulling everyone's leg.
This thing is kept open artificially.
