I am the founder's son.
Grant never had any interest in my being a part of the company.
He has had a stroke, in 2012.
Leep was never on my radar.

That's funny.
This stock is going nowhere, and that's where it's going to stay.
I can't imagine investing in this security.
My goal is to get the company "on track".

We have convened a Special Shareholder Meeting for the 31st.
To find out what's happening with this company, I need the shareholder list.
Even though Grant is still a Director, AND Secretary, he can't get it from the Transfer Agent, Henry Farrell, ContinentalStock.com
