Hey, I've put forth plenty of possibilities that didn't pan out either, so I don't want to be hypocritical. But the litigation holds the key to release after 12 years of shareholder lockup in solitary confinement.

The idea that government was going to have some serendipity moment, start singing "Kumbaya" and return all the money on some voluntary basis has been and remains a total crock of shit.
