JEFF has no bid on IDWD. The deal must have gone sour. IDWD now has nothing left in it except for 995ad.com so it is basically worthless. Now the issue is whether or not this shell gets sold for two million or if it is sold to an alternative buyer for less than a half million. Either way, PGRD is overpriced by about 2 bucks a share.
