If they offered to show anything considered "insider information", I would refuse to see it or hear about it. If Airys so chooses to see or hear about it, he would then fall within the insider trading rules (i.e. no trading, talking, etc.). When I say we'll have the same plan, I mean that I'll highly recommend that he follow my approach. I'm sure that will be the case.

What you're asking is quite obvious and I feel like you're just trying to break my balls. However, since it's Christmas Eve, I'll be nice and answer.

1) If we receive the same exact information regarding prior PRs, we'll come back with the same exact knowledge.

2) If I receive information regarding prior PRs and he receives information on prior PRs and potential upcoming PRs, we would come back with different knowledge. In addition, he would not be able to trade or talk about the future info.
