The FINS do not have to be positive.

They just have to be filed to get rid of the STOP sign. That will move this forward. We know that operations had many issues in the past. We just need to know that we can depend upon the company to file with the SEC. Once we have FINS, the company can then tell us about all of the positive things that are happening now, and what will happen going forward. If they confirm that there is no debt, they own 576 BTCs, they have not been diluting, and that things are looking good now and for the future, we see .05 in a heartbeat.
