if the SEC doesn't find deceit (as PV/SS are stating that everything can be proved) then we/they have nothing to worry about.. my preference would be to get the SEC in there.. i'd rather have a watch dog looking over my investment at this point than to listen to one more broken promise.. ask PV/SS if the lawyers were in place the week of Nov 15.. if they were then we know where the manipulation stemmed from and if not then i will not believe a freakin word that is spewed by PV/SS until they back up what was promised in solid irreversible public statements n filings.. PERIOD!!
