the company must book +six months of revenues to even justify a reverse split.

That is a very odd statement. So they think they cannot do a reverse split up until they moment that they are making money (my bad, should read selling something), then it is OK.

All longs should pray that they never sell anything, ever, to avoid the reverse split that will be justified....
