You do know that companies don't increase there total authorized shares allowed, without going through the SEC, Right? I might be new to the stock game within the last year, but I think that might be a safe assumption. They can change the outstanding till they are blue in the face. Not the authorized.
WWNG only has 110,000,000 authorized !!
Carve That In Stone !!!
I have done everything but break into the SEC filing cabinets and look...lol lol
No action on record at all with SEC since 2004-11-02
Where you got that 450,000,000 number, is beyond me pal !
Now, the Outstanding Shares: 42,453,448 as of 2005-01-08,
I would believe might have changed by now.
But not the total authorized shares allowed.
And I would even go as far as to say, that they might have found a sharp lawyer to cut some restricted stock loose.
There has not been much volume with WWNG, since our position hit the 2mil. shares total mark... Maybe the numbers are correct. There ain't to much WWNG to sell !!! IMO
The only thing that truly puzzles me is, why is this stock so low? I know that WW Trucking Inc., make over 2 mil alone a year. Not to mention mineral rights on numerous properties.
Shit, I would hate to loose a hundred gran on them going into this new year.
