last I heard from those still hoping based on their DD -- for prior equity to be paid the money is outside the LT and the payments will come from outside the LT

I think by now 95% have learned - from time and LT saying no money - that its over

Aren't ALL provisions OF and UNDER the PLAN carried out even after the BK case is closed???????????????????? IF NOT how is a reorgd company formed and move forward.

MUCH like a contract when you make conditions in that contract it holds true for ever and always!!!!!, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SPELLED OUT that they do not.

If ya sign a contract to buy a house or do any deal are YOU NOT BOUND by those conditions EVEN AFTER YOU SIGN SAID CONTRACT?
