To play the pennies successfully OVER TIME, you need much more than charts. If you want a penny gainer that's not going to drop 50% while you're in the bathroom, you need solid fundamentals. The plays are out there. They're not usually as exciting as a one-hour gainer, but keep in mind one-hour gainers are also 10-minute dumpers.
