C'mon, Rd, give SA a break. I am very familiar with that part of the world (northern Italy), and they were laid waste by the virus and came storming back. How was SA to have already designed its study, secured the product, recruited, started and been so deep into its study that interim reports were being sent out? That's just not realistic, as I see it. If B is proven efficacious it will end up make SA a ton of money, and IPIX even more. SA will not let go of a good thing, and will have to pay dearly, but why not, if B for IBD issues turns out to be real, as I trust it eventually will, the money will be on the table.
