they, like all common brokers, also have a short restricted list which should include BBRW.

resx18, to short BBRW you have to put up $2.50 per share for each .0036 share that you buy and you can only make a maximum of .0036 per share if BBRW stock goes to .0000.

Nobody shorts BBRW or any other subpenny penny stocks because there is minimal reward possible.
