Just curious, So based on the below statement....it implies to me ONLY IF AS attains/hits any of those milestones...then we're entitled to something $$.. correct? What IF they don't meet any of those intented milestones in the next 1-2 or even 10 yrs? Do we have any contengency plan/outlet? Marked in RED caught my eye. Am I making any sense? ;) I appreciate your thoughts!
