Nope, unlikely. It can take longer than 60 days if they have questions. Same with the patent. Both FDA & USPTO often go back and forth with the company and their patent attorneys over any questions and fine details.
If everything is perfectly in order, it will get processed sooner.
More than likely Sunshine has received an update, but has not released the details.
