OS was 263M prior to August 4th, 2020.

On August 4th, the OS was confirmed at 278M.

On August 18th, we got confirmed the O/S has been reduced to 200M.

From today's 10-Q:

The number of shares of the registrant’s only class of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of August 18, 2020, was 200,308,644 shares.

So the company lied on there 10-q about the os numbers ... don’t think so .

I have to agree with you, $SBFM is not updating anyone on anything, 90 days is done today, which means they didn't file for an expedite there will be a gap up in the morning wherever that gap up maxes out at is my exit point. Im sorry guys, but good luck on $SBFM, when the OS increases and they have no clear understandable reason for it, thats when its time to question the leadership, i have said to people from here that text me, that these guys need to hire a real person to run stuff so they can focus on the brainiac stuff in the background.
