Yes, I have seen the promotion, but what is going on with RHWC is far from over-promotion. If you want to look at over-promotion, look at SKNN. 1 million mailings, emails, etc. That is over-promotion. That is why I sold my SKNN with a nice profit instead of hold (and moved it into RHWC) - overpromotion and a much less certain revenue stream when compared to RHWC.
Also, the volume of the past 2 weeks far exceeds what happened in the < 10 cent range. I take Steven @ Clipper at his word. He owns 2 million shares of RHWC and is still buying. He also knows a lot of people and will help bring steady buying of several million $ over the next 30-45 days. That is his job, what he has done with other companies in the past, and what the company is paying him to do.
Because so many of the shares are accounted for with insiders and Clipper and friends, heavy shorting seems to explain the current price. If you combine the short covering, steady buying on the way, the fact that the company doesn't need to issue more shares, lots of revenue on the way, and the small float, it is a recipe for a much, much higher share price over the next couple of months.
