exactly. they have not yet been issued. that is the point. it does not say they won't be issued. it does not say the debt is forgiven. it simply says the shares were never issued for that. you think they are going to watch the stock run up 15000% from the bottom and not convert those shares while there is a little liquidity? not to mention the volume was crap. 33 mil shares is nothing.
