For all of the dilution that has occurred he should have figured out a way to allow Elite to obtain the 50 percent.

So now that he owns it - issue more shares and then let elite buy the 50 percent back. That would be the right thing from him to do. He’s being extremely greedy. He will make money yet here we are at .072. Stock has barely budged.

There was not a CONFLICT OF INTEREST when SunGen was Elites partner !!!!!!

I believe Nasrat will soon have Elite well over a Billion shares outstanding and will reverse split the shares... that will increase his ownership of the company and he will take it over .................
