I like this company loaded last Friday and today, expecting to become pink current then some updates from the company.. they have 2 cbd related sub companies.. shares maxed out.. no dilution, no r/s

insiders hold almost half of the shares.. float 1.15 billion..

with some updates it can see multi-pennies imho.

So, why would DKSC, through its wholly owned subsidiary (White Chapel Holdings), make such a statement on their website to say that they "strive to deliver comfortable, well-designed personal protective equipment (PPE)" unless they had some kind of licensing and/or distribution agreement that authorized them to make such a statement. In my opinion, a deal is either done or close enough to being done to where they feel comfortable with placing such a statement on their website along with putting up a list of the PPE that they are going to be delivering following that statement.

Those COVID-19 test kits have been submitted to the FDA for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) awaiting FDA approval and have been "allowed" by the FDA to be used in the US while awaiting for their FDA approval. No way would the company risk doing any kind of shenanigans that would jeopardize their status with the federal government. For those who are new to understanding this, read these posts below:

From their recently filed financials on Page 5, the company stated that

Once the pandemic hit, Whitechapel pivoted to the PPE space. Whitechapel is aligned with a partner group in Australia that has very strong relationships with a number of the PPE manufacturers in Vietnam and Thailand. Over the last four months, Whitechapel has been in the "thick" of the effort to get PPE equipment to those that need it. We have access to inventory of V Gloves as well as SkyMed, BioTech and Pure gloves and will be shipping via sea and air.

They just filed their financials and Attorney Letter without putting out any news. That's some of the best PPE collectively that I have seen for one company. The CEO has some major connections and I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised. I'm fine with waiting to see what more is going to come.
