10-Q does mention multiple times they will need to raise additional funds to sustain itself for the next 12 months. Hoping they are still pursuing "non-dilutive" financing mentioned in the company powerpoint and aren't going to dive into the fresh batch of Authorized shares...
This little nugget is interesting though:
"If in the best interests of our stockholders, we may also find it appropriate to enter into a strategic transaction that could result in, among other things, a sale, merger, acquisition, consolidation or business combination."
