Exactly. The guy has 176 million shares and sold only 2 million shares. Some are crying out loud over 1% of the shares and not focusing on the 99% of the shares that the guy is still holding.

The partnership announcement could come out any time. One with the largest suppliers of inhaled products and the second with a large publicly traded company to distribute the product.
