Paul Strickland can probable make more dumping a shitload of PDGO stock than Lazar is willing to pay. If Lazar wants to make this worth something to somebody other than another scammer, its going to take some time and money too. Lazar is looking to get this for nothing but a couple grand in court costs and attorneys fees.

I'm sure there is plenty of debt still associated with Paradigm Oil and Gas. That's why NIRA Petroleum Corporation couldn't make it work. Heck, they never even got out of the gate.
