The company continues to work on its audited financials and registration statement and expect to be competed and filed by the end of August.
I also expect news about otcqb uplist application and for them to obtain and use an IR firm. This info came from questions asked via email
Additionally we should see “soon” the company name and ticker symbol change. I would imagine they would switch to something along the lines of CYCL. (This part is IMO, although i did email Mike today with more questions related to the CFO COO and director listed on the otc markets page.)
Plenty to look forward to and with oil/gas prices rising, is expect cycle to be pushing to get some production back online as well as their pilot system in production before winter sets in.
