And there's no reason to be scared. PDGO has not filed fins since the 3rd quarter 2014. That is abandonment and that is why the judge granted Lazar this hearing. A lawyer for the defendant isn't going to change the courts mind on this. Only Lazar and his team can save this shell from being sent to the grey sheets.
