A non-operating company can still own assets and lease them to other companies or distributors, like we have with Snobar. PACV is not currently manufacturing or distributing their own Snobar product is all.
From the subtle hints recently, it does seem the team is preparing for a possible re-launch of the brand.
I do appreciate them focusing primarily on Seaport and Farmers Outlet for the time being. Appears to be working out nicely for them during this "pandemic".
