TO POSSIBLY make it look as bad as they could, but keep enough to make out far better in the long run

That and many other things have just NOT ADDED UP HERE!

A BK where the filing and AND THE PLAN OF REORG ARE PUT OUT AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!!FIND ME ONE THAT HAS EVER DONE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simple. Often times they get new shares of the reorg company while the rest of the commons get fkd.
