Exactly! In other words after the meeting the shareholders on this board won't know any more than they did before because Hog and Airys won't be allowed to discuss it and they won't be allowed to either buy or sell because they have been given insider info. This is getting more crazy by the day. If the lawyers are telling the company they can't release the info. to the public you can bet Hog and Airys won't be able to release it either. And guess what, no one else is going to be willing to go forward with questions either. I wish them both the best of luck but hope it's not a decision they regret in the future.
