Could you ask them to be quiet for another few months and let this go sub-penny so I can improve my position?

Thanks :)

A new shell might be nice, but they need to clean up their act first. I think they can still do it from here, but OTCBB will help. It's like when a couple thinks that by having a baby together it will save their marriage. A baby is a great thing to have, but it's going to be miserable if you don't get your marriage cleaned up first. Sulja needs to get this company on the right track with the right transparency before any move is sought.

Question, why would buying a shell solve the problems? Does it change any of the problems of the past or merely cover them up? Does it mean new management or just a new company with the same management that caused the problems of the past? Where does the company get the money to buy this shell? Does that mean more dilution?

Good job, good work, and good luck with the trip. I'm going to make a deposit it you and H.O.G's Paypal account -- please post it again or e-mail me your accounts at my secondary e-mail account nycjgalt@aol.com. And the offer to take H.O.G. to dinner (since we're both in the NYC area) still stands.

Buying a new "shell" does not eliminate the legal exposure to any stock fraud.

How do you propose "buying" this shell, with the money already obtained by the sale of unregistered securities, or through the issuance of additional unregistered securities?

In your world view does the bank robber escape conviction for old crimes by robbing a new bank to pay off the police not to arrest him?

Actually that could work here. The SEC seems to be pretty inexpensive to purchase on a "time share" basis with other Wall Street crooks, but all the most desirable weeks are already reserved.

haha,
How would that solve anything? Could ENRON have done this then? Airys it's comments like these that scares me to know it is you going to talk to the company. I just think you don't get it or have a handle of how the general law or markets work. H.O.G. hopefully will keep everything less confusing for you.

Airys, You can't be serious. How does buying a shell "solve" anything? They are free to disclose things NOW just like a fully reporting company, if they choose. Buying a shell doesn't validate any of the past promises/PRs, nor does it make anything current-day any more truthful or honest. Buying a shell is just another business dealing, but most of the issues are fixed in other ways. Not via a shell.

However, it would mean the company would be in the fully reporting category. So that'd help some with the ridiculously inconsistent info share this company displays.

#224280 RE: S.A.G. #224174

Please explain...

How that would solve ANY of their problems? To begin with, the SEC is cracking down on companies buying an empty shell. IIRC, it is no longer legal unless financials are current.

You really think it's that simple? The company has been lying about numerous issues...refuses to file their AF & the answer is "buy a new shell"! Sorry, it doesn't work that way in real life.

How come the company can't release PR's but they think it's ok to show you this "secret" information? You need to think long & hard what a dumb move you are making by going to SLJB. You are putting yourself in a no win situation. The company is using you...& you are letting them.

Wow Airys

for someone to claim they have years of experience in trading stocks that is a very inexperienced point of view.

How does trading stock symbols solve the problems at hand? It's like a home builder that built some crappy homes and have buyers after him for repairs so he dissolves the company and starts under a new Tax ID and name. He's still the same crappy builder but can now attract new buyers because they don't associate him with the old name. Is that the goal? To attract new suckers so they can sell more stock to them? That would seem to be the motivation in making that move.

Please correct me as it appears I may have missed something in your point.

Thanks

Back away from the Kool-Aid, Air. Changing the name of this mess wouldn't do anything but that. It's all Kool-Aid, no matter what color it is. Petar could change his name to Ghandi, but he'd still have a big ol' turd in his drawers, and everybody could still smell it.
