No. David LaMountain hinted at nothing. He used a hyperbole to demonstrate how ridiculous the idea is about the idea of an RS that's been stated over and over as NEVER HAPPENING.
In the future without an RS the PPS will go high. No RS is necessary and there are many examples out there of companies with larger share structures with very high share prices.
