I'm starting to think the likelihood of a settlement might increase in a Biden administration vs a Trump administration.
Trump is quite simply, habitually litigious about everything. I just dont see it happening during an administration of his. His MO is to go to court, and keep going up until he gets what he hopes to get, as evidenced by SCOTUS finally getting the case after all of these years.
