I only use ETRADE. I think they get the fastest execution.
ETRADE charges me $4.95 max on OTC, sometimes it's less. And DOW and NASDAQ stocks are free.
ETRADE had free OTC trades for about a month like 6 months ago but ended it.

Yes...free on transactions listed on Nasdaq, NYSE, AMSE,...but OTC is charged $6.95 per transaction. Check it out. I know this for a fact.
