Agree. Foresight and conviction are the two behaviors needed to profit significantly in the market. I can see the future potential of CV Sciences. The sector will see a huge catalyst with FDA guidance and legal rec in the US should either half the states approve it (this is the tipping point for national) or if Dems control both bodies of congress. Longs here have the conviction part of the equation covered. I’ve spent my whole career in market research for a fortune 150 company. I’m very happy that this company is increasing their marketing proficiency and developing accessible brands. The science is very important for efficacy and safety but it can alienate consumers when it’s the brand identity. They are growing retail distribution and they understand direct to the consumer is critical for this type of product. They’ve been both a victim of a depressed sector as well as missteps on their own part. I think they have a chance to be a real leader. CBD is not going away despite the lack of momentum. In fact, more people will seek solutions that strengthen immunity. The aging US population is both open to herbal, plant based supplements and are experiencing increasing physical and mental challenges that they are managing. It will be a journey on the investment front but I believe the upside far outweighs the downside as PPS is concerned going forward. Best of luck to all.

Well, I do not know how big of a slice of that pie were going to get. But here let’s speculate on some of this. FDA flips the switch, meet the guidelines and your good to go. I would think there would be a grace period for everyone to meet those guidelines. How long who knows, 1 to 2 years? No way for me to gauge what they are going to say. But the major players will be coming in right away, they have been waiting for the green light. The key will be how much of this is the public going to buy? But let’s speculate on that and say it’s going to sell like hot cakes. Then I would guess with in a year we’ll see Walmart brand CBD, Target brand CBD, CVS, Walgreens and so on. Big pharma is certain to be a player here, let’s pick a random name, how about Johnson & Johnson doctor recommended CBD, another brand maybe official CBD of the NFL, another endorsed by MLB. With in 2 years, perhaps sooner the junk CBD will be gone, that will leave a few hundred to several hundred different named brands to play, most will be white label types. How we fit in that world is an unknown to me. But if we are going to be a big player, we have a lot of work in front of us to get there. IMO

I just heard the CEO from CGC say there are 2700 brand names of CBD. That needs to change IMHO
