Gotcha. That’s one way to look at it. What if they couldn’t have sold more than they did? Raising more at the each offering was not an option due to lack of interest or commitment at that time. At the end of the day 5% is 5% so it is not like any one tute is taking on a significant portion of the company

You act like he easily could have done this. Remember, he had to meet deadlines as far as remaining listed, hadn't gotten anyone to really invest, and now would suddenly have a stock priced at 6 with inst waiting to knock the door down? Hardly.

He did what he could. And now you have a stock firmly priced around the 2.5 range. Not bad at all, considering what this was trading at just a short time ago....considering nothing substantial has actually happened.
