CEO already stated his intentions are to be listed on the "Mecca" of exchanges, the NYSE. That requires $4 per share. 30:1 post split is .30 right now so he is assuming easily 14x the share price minimum to be eligible and rightfully so since we finally KNOW we are worth $300 a share right now and $10 post split. We have been screaming from the roof tops for months now and now we ride. Now, off to actually read the 8k. LOL Congrats to all who have held on and those who are intelligent enough to buy every share they can starting tomorrow.
My goodness this is incredible, it's so much better than I anticipated. If they come through with all of this, filings, FS, uplisting and all the other deals they have in the making, then this will be a monster I gotta tell you.
